The Procurement/Fleet Manager is responsible to lead all aspects of procurement and supply chain processes for APi Inc., a national scope specialty services contractor. The Procurement/Fleet Manager is responsible for sourcing and purchasing essential materials, supplies, and equipment for APi Inc’s national scope operations. This includes researching materials suppliers and comparing costs, negotiating purchase agreements and developing inventory controls to identify demand for materials. The Procurement/Fleet Manger will also develop databases of potential suppliers and cultivate working relationships to ease the process of acquiring new materials. They will also monitor and maintain company vehicle inventory, assist in the purchase of company vehicles, and oversee proper maintenance of our fleet.

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) accepts bid packages; assists in gathering, calculating and compiling of data for use in bid proposals. The APM will also assist in the assembly of proposal packages. The APM works with a Project Manager to review job progress on paper and in person. They will also orders required material, hardware, consumables, tools, equipment, etc. It is expected that the APM will maintain high safety profile.
