As a Business Development Analyst, you support APi Construction’s sales process with a focus on growing revenue and profit margin with targeted customers, markets, and/or specialties. The APi Construction sales process includes prospecting, developing, qualifying, and closing quality projects and accounts. You support both departmental and company-wide financial goals. Your work is critical to the success of the individual departments and branch offices.
You will work both independently and on a team to accomplish this. The ideal teammate communicates clearly, collaborates, exudes positivity, displays grit and resilience, and shows up every day with a desire to win. Your additional duties include supporting the marketing and communications leader with internal and external communication, data analytics and reporting, and special events. At times, you’ll be asked to work on projects outside of your normal scope of work. These assignments and tasks are developmental in nature and are designed to give professional growth opportunities to you as a professional at APi Construction and APi Group.
