Scope of Work
The Council Bluffs Unit #4 project was as grassroots 790-MW coal-fired power plant. APi supplied and installed more than 330,000 SF of conventional insulation and lagging on a Hitachi supercritical coal-fired boiler and the associated boiler ductwork. In addition, APi supplied and installed more than 80,000 LF of insulation and jacketing on the boiler piping.
