Elm Road Units #1-2 Turnkey Project

Supply and installation of nearly 950,000 SF of Insulation & Lagging on two (2) side-by-side Hitachi 625-MW Hitachi supercritical coal fired boilers, two (2) Hitachi steam turbines, two (2) Alstom Fabric Filter Dust Collectors, four (4) Howden in-line Induced Draft Fans, and other miscellaneous equipment. In addition, API is installing approximately 124,000 LF of Insulation and pipe jacketing on the Balance of Plant systems, boiler and turbine piping systems, and two (2) Alstom Wet Scrubbers

Supply and installation of approximately 452,000 SF of insulation & lagging on an 850-MW Alstom supercritical coal-fired boiler and the associated ductwork. In addition, API is installing approximately 13,600 LF of insulation and pipe jacketing on the boiler piping.

In addition, API is providing approximately 13,100 LF of Insulation & Jacketing associated with the Balance of Plant Piping for this project

Monroe Units #3-4 Absorber Duct and Fans

Supply and installation of approximately 30,000 SF of field joint, expansion joint, and damper insulation and lagging associated with a wet scrubber. API previously insulated the scrubber ductwork under a separate contract at an off-site location. In addition, API will install 18,000 SF of insulation and lagging over four (4) Howden Booster Fans with the GOWA Acoustical System.

In addition, API is installing approximately 75,000 SF of architectural siding on the four Fabric Filter Hopper Enclosures and penthouse enclosures.

Ground insulation of approximately 214,000 SF of ductwork & 17,000 SF of I.D. Fans. The insulation system is comprised of a 5" thick, double layer, API Type I prefabricated panel system for the ductwork & our 6" thick, double layer, TLT Babcock Sound Attenuation system for the I.D. Fans.
