The Site QA/QC Inspector, along with the QA/QC Director owns the site APICC quality program and its implementation and success. Responsibilities include all activities in the relating to quality assurance/quality control onsite, its implementation and turnover documentation.

• Minimum two-year degree in construction management, industrial technology, engineering, or construction related field, a four-year degree preferred.
•  Working experience at an industrial construction site strongly preferred.
• Strong ability to read drawings; ability to perform quantitative take-offs / estimates.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills (extensive work with spreadsheets).

To develop, manage, implement and maintain the following (if applicable):

• QA/QC Program
• Quality audit system (Formstack, PlanGrid, etc.)
• Jobsite QA/QC metrics
• Continuous improvement system (quick tips, quality bulletins etc.)
• Material conformance (ordering and receipt)
• Project requirements reviews
• Non-conformance reports/reporting
• Installation standards
• Site specification standards
• Rework cost tracking
• Company warranties and pricing strategy
• QAQC coordination with customer
